Once a payment is submitted for a specific service, that service in non-refundable. Brugman's Place, LLC reserves its right to continuous improvement and an evolving consciousness. Customers are provided ample opportunities to share their hopes and expectations for services, as well as post-service feedback. That way, we can enhance the customer experience in real-time, as well as strengthen our practice for new customers.

Please bear in mind that staff at Brugman's Place serve as Coaches, Mediators, Facilitators, Researchers, and Consultants. We are not licensed mental health professionals nor are we attorneys. We have certification in mental health first aid that enables us to approach clients that may be experiencing mental health or substance abuse issues. Ultimately, outside of our states roles, we see our position as helping to navigate clients to the appropriate legal and mental health resources.
